OPOLO VINEYARDS

Opolo Vineyards is located on a beautiful 70 acre mountain site, west of Paso Robles. Here, the poor mountain soils, high daytime temperatures and cool nighttime temperatures combine to yield intense grapes that are the necessary ingredients to produce fine wines. Almost all of the wines are estate grown, produced and bottled. Production is typically less that 500 cases per varietal.
